WHAT A BOUVIER MEANS
You walk stately at my side
With more value than you know
Did you know that your antic
Fill my world with laughter
And a peace and quiet joy
That body that takes up all my bed
And pushes me aside
And your eyes glint with laughter
When I finally fall onto the floor
Are you really helping with dishes
Look at the suds upon your paws
Was someone really coming
Or were you just full of mischief
And make more work for mom
Then the quiet stately Bouvier
Walks closely at my side
With perfect line and beauty
You never miss a clue
You saved my life again today
As I watch those staring eyes
As you curl up quietly at my feet
I know the danger is past
I have put my life into your paws
I trust you with my life
Yet we love to track
You love to herd
And carting is a joy
With every job you master
If for fun or working hard
The multi purpose Bouvier
He makes my life complete

We're glad you could join us! I will constantly be working and adding to the site; As the articles and poems go up you will get the story of my love affair with my bouviers. Also how they became the angels and guardians of my life, seizure alert and mobility assist, My first bouvier was a rescue, and this dog that hated men became my savior and a good canine citizen. Kazam cracked open doors that Tig-ger finally got full acceptance and love in Ontario. In Alberta I started with Czar and now Khan walks through life facing problems but nothing like Czar. Now Zeus joins me and I am learning to read a Bouvier with a tail. With working with dogs, they have given me the ability to face the major medical problems in my life and succeed. They have given me the ability to appear normal to people who don't really know me, They are FREEDOM and INDEPENDENCE. They are love giving love in an never ending circle.
